Install Xtreme Download Manager in Ubuntu 12 04 LTS and Other Ubuntu Derivatives


Xtreme Download Manager for Linux Ubuntu


To install Xtreme Download Manager open terminal and follow this command (Just copy and paste)

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:noobslab/apps
Terminal Ubuntu


sudo apt-get update
Terminal Ubuntu


sudo apt-get install xdman
Terminal Ubuntu



To Integration with Mozilla Firefox:
http://localhost:9614/xdmff.xpi

Just copy and paste in address bar

To integration with Google Chrome:
http://localhost:9614/proxy.pac


Go to System Settings > Network > Network Proxy > Select Automatic in Method  and paste following line in configuration URL (see the following image to setup).

To integration with Opera:
http://localhost:9614/proxy.pac

Goto Preferences > Advanced > Network > Proxy Servers > Check automatic proxy configuration and provide the address (see the following image to setup).
