Is anyone having issues with their Note 8 shutting off randomly


Sometimes mine shuts down when Im in an app. No particular app either, Ive been in the Samsung text app & it just shuts off. Most of the time it shuts off when I plug it into a charger.. but it doesnt happen all the time. Ive done a hard reset & wiped everything off, still shuts down. I cant simply reboot it either. I need to leave it off for about an hour or so then I can turn it back on. This happens daily, sometimes 2-3 times a day.Thinking I need to send it back to Samsung but wanted some feedback. Thanks!!
